#23 Is this really the end? Or just the beginning ...

At least I now know how to set up a blog and to add posts. Some of the earlier sessions were a challenge, however it has been a rewarding experience completing learning 2.0.

#22 Audiobooks (or "The end is in sight ")

What a cool idea – no library fines! Perhaps this is the way of the future for audiobooks. No damage can occur, can be accessed again and again, without the worry of the item not being available. E-books, the way of the future for keeping books “in print”, even though the hard copy of a book may not be available, the audio version is!

#21 Podcasts, Smodcasts!

Love using i-tunes to update my i-pod. My children download their favourite TV shows to watch again and again.

#20 You too can YouTube

Any website with streaming media streaming media and has been blocked as it breaches Councils Internet Usage Policy. However, after accessing this from home, it has some great information. I particulary enjoyed watching the aboriginal dance group performing Zorba the greek, http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=O-MucVWo-Pw.
Also, new notes on the blogger page http://www.blogger.com/ on how to insert a video to the blog.

#19 Discovering Web 2.0 tools

Played around with colorblender. http://colorblender.com/
Great to use if working out color schemes for painting or even if completing artwork. Not clear on how to transfer chosen color palettes to another computer. Little use within a library setting unless redecorating the library. Perhaps it could be used within a display area, when contemplating different colours to promote an activity, use of color to appeal to the senses or to make a statement.

#18 Web-based APPS

How fantastic to have free software available on the web, for use at anytime from any place that has interent connection. I enjoyed playing around with http://writer.zoho.com and attempting to save the information to my blog.

#18A Zoho trial

Zoho writer, a cool web-based APPS - and it is for free!

Just playing changing fonts, color, bold, italics, underline, kiss emotions, etc. So many editing options, just like WORD!

Easy to add links Google search for Australia.
